By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item delivered is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)

  • The product is different from the description provided on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact

Products NOT eligible for return:

  • Herbal or consumable items once opened

  • Puja path items that are used or opened

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)


2. How to Request a Return

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days

Please provide:

  • Your name

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video proof of issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2 working days.


3. Return Pickup & Inspection

If your return request is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled (based on service availability in your area)

  • The product will be inspected after it reaches our warehouse

  • Refund or replacement will be processed only after successful inspection

If the product fails quality inspection (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing accessories), the return will be rejected.


4. Refund Process

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.

If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–5 working days

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 working days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer after verification

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Replacement Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, you may request a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if:

  • It has not been shipped

  • Cancellation request is raised within 2 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If cancelled in time, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your payment provider

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

We may decline returns for:

  • Intentional misuse

  • Frequent return requests (abuse of return policy)

  • Products that are highly fragile or custom-made
