1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen reasons, customers will be notified via email or phone.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days .
Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier service availability.
Typical delivery time:
Within Madhya Pradesh: 2–5 working days
Rest of India: 3–7 working days
Remote locations: 5–10 working days
These are estimated timelines; actual delivery may vary due to logistics, holidays, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Some products may qualify for Free Shipping based on promotions or minimum order value.
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may carry an extra fee depending on location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (if enabled).
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

5. Packaging & Safety

The courier will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address
Orders may be delayed or returned if:

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect customer-provided information.
